Archaeological team from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, United States find historic sites in Egypt, which is an ancient graveyard into a dwelling for more than 1 million mummies.

The cemetery was called Fag el-Gamous - which literally means 'the Way Water Buffalo', as the name of the street near the cemetery.

The findings come a team of archaeologists Uncle Sam after a long research in a number of pyramids around the cemetery for about 30 years. During this period, they found more than 1 million mummies.

Location of the structure, the scientists believe that the millions of mummies were buried in about 1,500 years ago when the Byzantine or Eastern Roman Empire ruled Egypt from Ages 1 to 7 century AD.

"We believe this cemetery is a place for more than 1 million mummy. The place is very spacious and 'solid'," said Chairman of the archaeologist who is also Professor in the Field of Ancient Book of Brigham Young University, Kerry Muhleistein.
