Actually in Indonesian society is also growing awareness of human rights , as we can see from the struggle for independence by our hero figures throughout the colonial era .

Therefore , the 1945 Constitution is the essence of the teaching of human rights in Indonesia . This opening is " Indonesian Human Rights Charter " .
