Human rights are the basic rights of the human person possessed by nature . This means that these are God's gift to man . Therefore, the rights can not be separated from the human person .
Human rights include the right to life especially , freedom ( freedom ) , and the right to have something . This right is then developed according to the level of cultural advancement . Until today human rights that include a variety of fields , among others, as follows :
1 . Personal rights.
Namely the right to freedom of religion , worship according to their respective religion , expression , and freedom of association or partisan .2 . Economic rights or property.
Namely the rights and freedoms have something , right to buy and sell things , and rights entered into an agreement or contract .3 . Get guardianship rights and equal treatment in law and government fairness .
It is called the right of legal equality .4 . Political rights.
That right is recognized in the position as equal citizens . Therefore , any reasonable citizen have the right to participate in government , the right to elect and be elected , established a political party or organization , and the right to petition and criticism or suggestions .5 . Social rights culture.
Namely the right to freedom of education and the teaching or the right to vote and the right to develop cultural education preferred .6 . Treatment rights judicial procedures and legal protection ,
such as the right to receive fair and equitable treatment in searches (raids, arrests, judicial , and legal defense ) .These fields evolve according to the progress and human thought and culture . For example, in modern-day existence of the right to do or not do in order to birth control family planning .
This means that the state respect the privacy of its citizens , for example, people are free to follow or not to follow the family planning program . Although family planning remains a government program , its implementation can not be forced on people .
In this case , the awareness of every citizen is expected to do so themselves . Thus the citizens are aware of their obligations in the life of the state , the condition now requires the implementation of family planning for the future and welfare of the Indonesian people .
Human rights can not be implemented absolutely . This means that the implementation must be based on existing regulations , such as the constitution and other laws .
If the implementation is absolute , must have our rights to violate the rights of others . We must realize that our rights bordering the rights of others is an obligation . Thus there is a balance of reciprocity, ie, awareness of rights and obligations .
State or government guarantee and regulate the implementation of human rights , the limits are set and regulate how these rights implemented in the common interest, in the interest of the people, and for the sake of the nation and the state. Thus , the state foster national unity consciousness and national responsibility .
As a private man , every citizen also carry basic obligations , such as believe and practice his religion . Filial obligations to the nation , and filial to parents , teachers , as well as an obligation to our fellow human beings developed a reasonable sublime in human life . Welfare harmonious society will be achieved if there is a balance in the encashment obligations .
