Report of Committee on Rights of the Child , aka the Committee on Rights of the Child ( CRC ) on child abuse make the UN furious .
The world 's largest organization criticized the Vatican for failing to prevent such practices , because some Catholic clergy involved in child abuse .
" Committee ( CRC ) is deeply concerned at the Holy See ( the Vatican ) can not cope with child abuse . Systematically , the Vatican actually prefer the good reputation of the church and those who are suspected of harassing , " said CRC in a statement .
Though they think the Vatican should be the safety and comfort of children who are victims of abuse .
The UN also urged the Vatican to betray the top brass allegedly involved in various cases of child abuse to the police .
Thus , the police can carry out investigative tasks well .
" We recommend that the Vatican also took off all the officials who allegedly sexually abusing children from the positions they hold now , " he said .
Kirsten Sandberg as the leader of the CRC , appreciate the Vatican 's determination not to tolerate all clergymen convicted of sexual abuse against children.
But he lamented that the Vatican action was not significant , even the Vatican hardly any action against the suspects .
" This is a violation of the 1989 UN Convention on the Rights of the Child , " he said .
CRC also advised the Vatican to change their policies related to abortion and contraception in order to prevent the recurrence of abuse .
" The Vatican must change and begin to provide sexual education materials in schools , thus , the rights of children to health and sexual education are met , " said the UN .
However , the Vatican considers the UN to interfere too much internal policies .
