Researchers Find Mers antidote.

 So would Developed Drugs.

Respiratory Syndrome Middle East or Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) could possibly be cured, because the researchers who are members of an international team has discovered a compound that could combat the Corona virus.
The virus is the cause of MERS and SARS. The virus usually attacks the upper respiratory tract and lower.
Currently there is no specific drug to fight MERS. Therefore, if a new compound, named K22 is really effective, outbreaks MERS is predicted to be spread along with the Hajj season can be controlled.
The research team was led by Edward Trybala from the University of Gothenburg Sweden and Volker Thiel of the University of Bern.
"K22 Corona Virus can block the ability to spread between humans," said Trybala.
The researchers noticed that the K22 can cure mild symptoms due to the Corona virus. For example, mild flu-like symptoms.
Further development suggests that K22 could also fight more serious symptoms, including MERS and SARS.
In the journal PLOS Pathogens entitled, the researchers explain that the virus replicates in the cells contained in the respiratory tract.
The virus then took over the membranes that separate the different parts in human cells. K22 can prevent Corona virus takes over the cell membrane.
"It is important to test K22 outside the lab and create medicines (for MERS)," the researchers wrote in the journal.
Tests outside the lab or directly on humans must be done as soon as possible because the number of patients with MERS continues to rise.
Meanwhile, the government of Saudi Arabia informed that last Thursday (29/5) there are three cases of a new MERS. Three suspected cases MERS was contained in Hafr Al Batin, Riyadh and Medina. So, thank you for reading this article. Written and posted by Bambang Sunarno. sunarnobambang86@gmail.com
