Dynamic Tower.

Dynamic Tower (also known as Dynamic Architecture Building or the Da Vinci Tower) is a 80-storey tower as high as 420-meter (1,378 ft) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The tower is architecturally innovative in many ways. Uniquely, each level is able to spin freely. This will result in changes in the form of towers.
Each level will rotate 6 m (20 feet) per minute, or one full rotation in 90 minutes. The tower will also be the first prefabricated skyscraper in the world. 90% of the tower will be built in a factory and shipped to the construction site.
The only part of the tower to be built at the construction site is the middle. Part of this prefabricated will reduce the cost and number of workers. The total development time 30% faster than normal on the same sized skyscrapers. Most workers will be placed in the plant, because it is safer.
