Formula1 will have two races held at night . After the Singapore Grand Prix is held at night permanently since 2008 , the Grand Prix of Bahrain will follow in the next year, it was done to commemorate the tenth edition of the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Bahrain to host F1 race since 2004 . After eight consecutive title , the 2012 season races at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir was canceled because of security that is not possible in the country .
Breakthrough that made Bahrain to hold the race at night sounded since last April , but there was as yet no formal certainty , both the government and the organizers of F1 associated with the plan , even though the organizers continue to make preparations pending the FIA .
Now it's been realized trajectory boss Sheikh Salman bin Isa Khalifa , in fact it guarantees lights are mounted on the circuit , and his team wanted to see how far the title race night goes well in the World Endurance Championship (WEC), which took place this weekend .
" We are very pleased to see the project through the first stage of the lighting in the WEC . Objective of the project is actually the F1 title . Further development of new projects planned for completion in February , " said Salman , as quoted by Autosport .
