What is the rate of consumer confidence in your brand in social media?

Based on studies conducted by researchers Ipsos, 38% of people recommend a brand that they "like" or follow on social networks. Recommendations word-of-mouth becomes the norm for followers of the brand. Nielsen reported that more than 90% of consumers buy on a recommendation.

Where consumers are now looking for resources? Social media has become a resource for consumers to find out what neighbors felt about a product or service before they decide to buy. Consumers who purchase a product means it can be trusted based on those recommendations.

* Stay active and regularly monitors are on social media channels.

   know the audience further.
