Rorschach Ink Blot test is a method of psychological evaluation that is very well known, the test is often called a test ink blots. This test was created by Katherine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. Theories and their models are built based on the theory of renowned psychologist, Carl Jung. This theory states that there are four main ways in which people differ from each other; is divided into a set of two ways mental processing, and two types of mental orientation.The first set refers to how people see the information around them. Some people tend to mention the data, while some people choose to form judgments 'intuitive' based on available data. The second set refers to how people form 'Judgements' or make the decision. It is based on how some people prefer to 'Think' and decided, while others prefer to decide on a 'feeling' them.
In a set of indicators of the type of mental orientation, there are two sub. One defines the orientation of the energy of the people, while others define the orientation of the outside world that energy. Relating to the orientation of energy, a person can be 'Introvert' or 'Extrovert'.
Combination in this test form 16 different personality types. Using the data, the type of personality in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is defined in four 'letters' as follows:

3. The Keirsey Temperament Theory
Keirsey Temperament Theory (made by David Keirsey) claim that there are two sides in personality: temperament and character. While the demonstrated tendency of individual temperament, character outlines habit. Thus, temperament is the tendency of individuals, while the character is the disposition of the individual.Keirsey, also divided personality types into sixteen different combinations according to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. According to him, there are four temperaments: Rational, Idealist, Artist and Guard.
» Rational divided into Architects (INTP), Mastermind (INTJ), Inventor (ENTP), and the Field Marshals (ENTJ).
» Idealists are divided into Healers (INFP), Counselors (INFJ), Winner (ENFP) and Teachers (ENFJ).
» Artists divided into Composer (ISFP), Craft (ISTP), Performer (ESFP), and the Promoter (estp).
» Guard divided into Inspector (ISTJ), Protector (ISFJ), Supervisor (estj), and Providers (ESFJ).
4. 16 Personality Factor
This personality test designed by the famous psychologist Raymond Cattell. He stated that the people describe others, and themselves, using sixteen different factors. He then uses these factors, as a basis for formulating its questionnaire known as the 'Personality Factor Questionnaire 16'.Sixteen of the main factors used are:
* Warmth
* Thought
* Power
* Emotional Stability
* Rules of awareness
* Social Courage
* Activeness
* Vigilance
* Sensitivity
* Privateness
