The arrival of Putin.

Russian President Vladimir Putin made a new history in the Crimea. For the first time since joining the Moscow, Putin set foot in the former territory of the Ukraine.
Putin's arrival coincided with the celebration of the Russian victory over the Nazis during World War II.
