Tips to Avoid Death in vain .

Death is going to be experienced by every living being . But as a rational creature, human being must strive for in order to live a healthy life is not in vain.
At least there are ways to avoid human deaths in vain , namely :

1 . Beware of weight.

You will be healthier and live longer with a body mass index ( BMI ) under 25 or over 29 . People with a BMI above 29 ( obese or overweight ) will experience adverse health effects multiply.
People who are obese are likely to have high blood glucose . The consequences of high blood glucose ( diabetes ) not only causes plaques that eventually narrow the blood vessels, especially the coronary arteries , but also damage the nerves , kidneys , eyes and immune system .
People who are overweight are also very likely to have hypertension, heart attack, stroke or kidney failure .

2 . Listen to your body .

Never underestimate any given sign or signal your body . If you feel there is something strange or sick , try to be proactive to find out the cause so that it can seek medical help early . Perform regular physical examinations and screening live properly .

3 . Follow the instructions.

So many directions and instructions given for good reason . The instructions will tell how to do the right thing so that someone will not get hurt or hurt others . To increase the chances of a long life , follow any instructions , eg rules taking medication and others.

4 . Live clean .

Studies show that the more often you wash your hands , the less likely you are to get sick . Keeping hands clean is one of the best ways to avoid the disease .

5 . Drive with caution .

Friendships , social and romance is essential to health . People who have a lot of friends and a good social relations will live healthier and live longer .

10 . Set priorities of life .

All people need to have the important things in life and set sensible priorities for himself and those around him . People who have a priority list will go through life with optimism and excitement.
