Muslims want peace in Central Africa.

Since the sectarian violence that continues to ask for new victims , Muslims in the Central African Republic Republic expressed their hope that peace again felt in their country , where Muslims and Christians lived in peace for decades .
" We have always lived side by side with the Christians in peace and we hope here sectarian violence to an end and we are back to a normal life , " Sheikh Ahamadu Missile , a Muslim scholar who works for Islamic Humanitarian Aid , a local NGO that provides assistance to Muslims in CAR and in neighboring Cameroon , the Anadolu Agency , as released by OnIslam .
Missile Sheikh statement referring to the sectarian violence that occurred in the Central African Republic that recently occurred after President Michel Djotodia declared himself as the first Muslim leader in the country after the defeat of President Bozize on March 24, 2013 .

" This violence has to stop , " he pleaded .
Since the attacks intensified in CAR , many Muslims were forced to leave their villages , and living in makeshift camps .

Yusuf Osman , another Muslim Bangui , gave the same opinion .

" I pray that peace can return . Christians and Muslims must learn to live together , " he added .
Central African Republic has a population of nearly five million people , mostly Christian , with about 15 percent of Muslims are concentrated in the north .
At least 400 were killed and hundreds more injured since last Thursday when Christian militia , loyal to President Francois Bozize , launched several attacks from the north , according to the UN humanitarian office .
According to UN estimates , recent violence has forced more than 400,000 people - nearly ten percent of the country's population - from their homes.
Sectarian violence in the Central African Republic to further improve international concern that the nation was on the verge of a fierce civil war.
However , Sheikh Missile optimistic that peace in the Central African Republic will recover.
" The world must unite and save the people of the Central African Republic from the ongoing sectarian violence , " he said.
