Not only trauma that causes nightmares , but also the stress experienced daily as bankruptcy , financial problems , or divorce .
You have had nightmares while asleep ? It must not be fun when all of a sudden woke up while they were asleep just because of a bad dream .
Nightmares occur as a result of rapid eye movements during the night due to the unconscious mind too clear about things scary or worrisome .
