Voodoo is a derivative of the oldest belief that has existed in Africa since the beginning of human civilization. It is estimated that civilization and that trust has been around for over 10,000 years. Voodoo is derived from the word "vodou." In the language of Adja-Tado Ewe / Fon, means vodou spirits.
