Dead execution Assertiveness Government.

Era government of President Jokowi has committed a very serious movement in combating drugs. It has been proved by dead execution against eight foreign nationals who became convicted drug. Executions were carried firing squad on Wednesday (29/4) morning. While protests and responses from various parties of interest groups / policy related to foreign countries the death penalty against drug kingpin was not addressed by the Indonesian government, this shows the government is very bold, and therefore the people of Indonesia should support for all government policies. Although the dynamics of democracy there must be differences of view within the community and even abroad. Foreign public should be able to see that many overseas citizen who was executed and a wave of protests demanding the release in the country so great. However, the Indonesian government continues to respect the decisions of law in the country.

Indonesian communities now see the executions of drug kingpin, it is rocked at home and abroad. President Jokowi as the mandatory of the people given the task of giving courage in taking action legal problems of execution. Drug defendant in the execution of about 10% disagree death penalty, but every day there are 50 people died who used drugs in the world, while more than 200 people, meaning the greatest in Indonesia. To that end, the president declared today the death penalty is still a positive law in Indonesia, especially in drug cases. Therefore, the Indonesian government insists will not give amnesty to convicts drug cases because of drug crime can destroy the mentality of the nation's youth become apathetic younger generation.

Problems death penalty is a matter of law and state of Indonesia is a country of law, so the law should be put forward. Related to the intervention of other countries against the death penalty case are set against the perpetrators of drug traffickers, the government must have the courage to be firm as evidence of state sovereignty. Jokowi policy is the prerogative of the President as a manifestation of sovereignty, so that the president should take a central role, that public confidence has not diminished in favor of the decision. Execution is a matter of law, the government not to be swayed by political intervention in other countries.

Intervention by countries whose citizens exposed to the death penalty is a reasonable an effort to protect its citizens. The problems the resignation of execution is not merely the intervention of other countries, but there are some things that happened in the law in our country that can not provide a clear arguments. Speaking of drugs many perspectives, but we should see is that the steps taken by the government is an attempt to resolve the drug problem.
Therefore, it needs the support of all parties to the eradication of drugs in Indonesia are carried out. Execution of convicted drug that has been done by the government has the right and the government must continue consistently to eradicate the drug despite protests and criticized other countries.
